Reactivating an employee π
Why reactivate?
If ever an employee comes back after being archived and needs to be scheduled, instead of "re-creating" them, it is possible to reinstate their account with all their information saved!
To do so you must follow these steps :
Go to the Employees/workers option.
Select Manage.
Change the filter to Leaver.
Find the employee in the list and click on the view button.
Click in the Administration tab.
6. Click the Leaver switch.
7. You can now choose to reactivate the employee today or at a later date.
If you decide to reactivate the profile now, select today's date, click Next and fill out the following job details.
To complete the process, click Update.
This way, the employee will receive an invitation to join your organisation once again.
Note : The moment an employee is reactivated, they gain access to your Rotas and Workforce Management organisation as their previous Rotas and Workforce Management role.
Note 2: If the invitation was not sent to the employee while reactivating the profile, you can always send it later on following these steps:
Protip: You can reactivate an employee in advance if required! Just choose a date in the future from the calendar.
