How do I get started with Rotas and Workforce Management

Here's a handy checklist for you to work through at your own pace:

Visit www.Atlas-hub.co.uk and select ‘Rotas & Workforce Management’ from the menu on the left, the home page, or via ‘My Info’ (top left corner on the home page).

1. Install the recommended apps

Atlas Rotas: Ideal for field operatives. Use it to clock in, request time off, view and manage shifts, set your availability, and keep up with news feeds and high fives.

Atlas Companion: Used for signing and acknowledging documents such as contracts, handbooks, and risk assessments. Scan this code to get started:

Atlas Time Clocks: This app acts as a punch card machine. Install it on a tablet or phone and place it at your business entrance. Employees can clock in using their PIN. PINs are available via HR (for administrators) or in the ‘Attendance’ area on WFM (for employees). Atlas Time Clocks

Easily add training shifts to your schedule

Set up premium pay rates (e.g., overtime, unsociable hours, holidays).

10. Resources

Add equipment such as forklift vans, cars , lifting equipment cleaning equipment etc. Consultants and sub contractors could be linked to job sites as well if necessary.
