Your employees can reset their passwords themselves following this guide. However, in certain situations, such as when they've set up the app on a new phone they may still require your assistance.
How to Send a Password Reset Email:
Go to Edit Profile
Click the View icon (pink eye icon)
Select Administration
Click Reset Password

If your employee has connected initially with a wrong email address only he will be able to change it.
