There are multiple reasons why you would not receive Rotas and Workforce Management notifications. Here are the main ones.

A) My Rotas and Workforce Management Notifications

B) My Phone Notifications

Your phone notifications are deactivated. You must verify under your settings that Rotas and Workforce Management notifications are enabled.

If you have a Samsung, you energy saving settings may affect notifications delivery. Here is how to solve this problem.

C) Installation Issue

If the two previous previous options are fine in your eye, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app! It should get everything running.
