My manager/supervisor does not see all locations

What to do when your manager or supervisor doesn't see all the locations

If your manager or supervisor does not have access to the branch filter in the scheduler, or does not seem to have access to certain employees to whom he/she should have access, this means that his/her role has not been assigned for all branches.


Managing your supervisors profile

To correct the situation of your supervisor not seeing all locations, go to his/her profile under the tab "Roles and positions".

Here you can validate that the role has been assigned for all the locations he/she is assigned to.

If you see that one or more locations have the word "Employee" to the right of the location name, this means that the role has not been changed for that location.

Simply click on the location and then under "Roles" select the correct role, as follows:

If your employee has only one branch in his/her profile, click on "Modify settings" on the right and then add the location(s).

Don't forget to follow the same procedure as above, selecting the location and assigning it the right role.

And that's it, your manager/supervisor will now have the right access for all locations!
