How do I add my employee's hire date?

Would you like to add a new hire date to your employee's file?

Employee data is mastered in Atlas. To update follow the steps below to add or modify the start date in your employee's profile.


1- Add a start date via the individual profile

Here's how to add a start date.

  1. Click on the “HR” to open up list of Employees and choose the relevant employee

  2. Click on the “Profile” option

  3. Go to “Employment”

  4. Click "edit profile" at top right

  5. Once in Atlas, select the employee

  6. Click on "job" tab

  7. "Update" at top right

  8. Select correct date from calendar icon

  9. Update

  10. Go back to dashboard to go back into Rotas and Workforce Management


2- Add a hire date when creating a new employee

When creating a new user, via “HR” - “Employees”, you can add a date of hire at the bottom of the pop-up window that opens.
