On the Overview tab, you can see the shifts awaiting confirmation in "Shifts to confirm":
Once you've clicked on the "Shifts to confirm" section, you'll see all the pending shifts that require confirmation of attendance. You can then check the desired dates and click on "Confirm" at the bottom.
