Do your employees see their colleagues' rotas and you don't understand why? Here's an article that might shed some light on the subject!
1- Shift transfers allowed
Another possible reason would be permission to transfer and offer shifts. You can check whether this is enabled and disable the setting if necessary.
1- Click on the “Settings” tab
2- “Scheduling”
3- Go to “Shift transfer requests” at the bottom of the page.
2- Visibility of colleagues working at the same time
If, despite having remove permission, your employee continues to see who is working at the same time as him or her, check whether the following setting is activated or deactivated.
1- Click on the “Settings” tab
2- “Permissions management” section
3- Check that the following setting is ticked: “Display colleagues working during the same time period in shifts”.
* Note that the “Settings” tab is only accessible to the organisation's administrators.
